GOLDEN ALBINO STURGEON CAVIAR

For centuries black sturgeon caviar has been the main component of haute cuisine and gourmet events.

However, the white one was too inaccessible and therefore little known. We want to share our passion in raising the rarest topnotch albino sturgeon, and provide you who seek for nothing but a superior food & lifestyle with the absolute best caviar.

One in a million
Albinos are a rare genetic anomaly. On the farm they require special growing conditions and constant attention of fish farmers. Hardly any sturgeon farms in the world have albinos in their herd. Tipically there are just a few albino fish that become the mascots of farms.

For almost 10 years we have been collecting albino sturgeons piece by piece. And so we created the Sturgeon Estate — a unique farm where royal golden-colored fish live and produce incredible caviar.

It all started with a breeding plant. Our company was engaged in the cultivation of sturgeon fry, with the aim of releasing them into the rivers of Russia under the programs of bio reproduction of water resources.

Having our own breeding plant allows us to control all stages of production from eggs to caviar and ensure the highest quality of the product. Our capacities allow us to provide up to 100 kilos of albino caviar per year.

How do we grow albino
sturgeons caviar?
The taste and quality of caviar depend on the water where sturgeons grow, what they eat, how caviar is extracted and what is the recipe for salting.

The production of Sturgeon Estate is completely natural oriented.
  • Artesian water
Flowing artesian water is saturated with oxygen and provides real natural habitat conditions for fry and adult sturgeon fish.
  • Fed without antibiotics
The diet of sturgeons includes only natural food - what they eat in the wild and what is necessary for growing healthy individuals.
  • Special care
Raising, albinos, unlike other sturgeons, is extremely difficult. They have a low survival rate, they need special attention and constant monitoring. Special attention is paid to selected albino females.
  • Pure taste
There are no preservatives in caviar, only salt, about 3.2%, in order to preserve the integrity of the taste.
