Golden Caviar

The Golden Caviar is the most exclusive, rare and expensive caviar produced by us. It is harvested from a very rare freshwater albino sturgeon.
This supreme quality caviar is soft to semi-firm and has a grain size similar to that of sevruga (from 2,5 to 3,5 mm) with colors ranging from white to bright gold. The Golden Caviar prized for its delicate and refined taste. Caviar is produced in a limited quantity.
